1st purchase of this and I will be buying more, tried my 2 Amazon's with this soaked but not cooked and they did eat a little so the 2nd day cooked it and fed it cooled, both birds emptied their dishes and very little was wasted! Excellent!

I soak it overnight in the morning I put it in the blender so that it is easy for my kakarikis to eat

I don't do a lot of soaking but thought I would start again and remembered that I purchased this in the past and had very good results. I was not wrong and there was plenty of shoots showing after 2 days. It is new to my macaws and they do not do change very well but it was eaten, previously I fed it to my Eclectus and they loved it and I'm sure the macaws will with time.
